The location is perfect. Super close to the French Quarter, but quiet. Room service is 24/7 and they have Nespresso for coffee lovers. The bathroom has awesome free toiletries. The shower had great pressure. Staff are friendly and the décor is stunning. The spa treatments are top-notch, with massages and beauty services available.

The bellmen consistently provided prompt assistance with our luggage. The housekeeping staff maintained high cleanliness standards, ensuring our room was always welcoming during our stay.

Staying in a one-bedroom king suite was great. The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a comfy sofa bed. The bathroom was nice with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The fitness center was awesome and relaxing. The rooftop pool with bar service was a highlight, perfect for chilling after exploring the city. Location was great for walking to the French Quarter without the noise. Staff was friendly too.
